Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby grant your consent to the company Velox Trans Europe s.r.o., with its registered office at Unhošť – Nouzov, Lipová 174, Postal Code 273 51, ID No.: 26156636, registered in the Public Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 75303 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), so that, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), it may process the following personal data:

  1. name and surname
  2. age
  3. duration of experience in international freight transport
  4. e-mail address
  5. telephone number
  6. data provided in the attached CV or cover letter
  7. information regarding the applicant’s fulfillment of requirements

The above-mentioned personal data may be processed on the basis of your granted consent for the purpose of including you in the database of job applicants for future selection procedures. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years.

You grant your explicit consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to info@veloxtrans.cz or a letter to the address of the company’s registered office: Velox Trans Europe s.r.o., Lipová 174, 273 51 Unhošť.

Please note that, pursuant to the Regulation, you have the right to:

  1. withdraw your consent at any time,
  2. request information from us regarding what personal data of yours we process and request a copy of such data,

Souhlas se zpracováním osobních údajů

Udělujete tímto souhlas společnosti Velox Trans Europe s.r.o., se sídlem Unhošť – Nouzov, Lipová 174, PSČ 273 51, IČO: 26156636, zapsané ve veřejném rejstříku vedeném u Městského soudu v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 75303 (dále jen „Správce“), aby ve smyslu nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 2016/679 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů) (dále jen „Nařízení“) zpracovávala tyto osobní údaje:

  1. jméno a příjmení
  2. věk
  3. délka praxe na MKD
  4. e-mail
  5. telefonní číslo
  6. data sdělená v přiloženém životopisu či průvodním dopisu
  7. informace o splňování požadavků uchazečem

Výše uvedené osobní údaje je možné zpracovávat na základě Vámi uděleného souhlasu za účelem Vašeho zařazení do databáze uchazečů o zaměstnání pro budoucí výběrová řízení. Tyto údaje budou Správcem zpracovávány po dobu 3 let.

S výše uvedeným zpracováním udělujete svůj výslovný souhlas. Poskytnutí osobních údajů je dobrovolné. Souhlas lze vzít kdykoliv zpět, a to například zasláním e-mailu na info@veloxtrans.cz nebo dopisu na adresu sídla společnosti: Velox Trans Europe s.r.o., Lipová 174, 273 51 Unhošť.

Vezměte, prosíme, na vědomí, že podle Nařízení máte právo:

  1. vzít souhlas kdykoliv zpět,
